Exercise + Science = Results.
The increased use of lab-based sports testing in recent years has considerably raised awareness of the impact of sports science on training and performance, but how do you apply it to your own training? Look no further, Garry will be on hand to advise you and to answer your specific questions.

What else can you expect?
As a rider you will have an unforgettable week of riding on the best training roads in Europe. From Astana to Quickstep, the Marina Alta region is the choice destination for winter training camps. It is also the home of top riders including Chris Horner, Oscar Freire, Alexander Kolobnev, Julian Dean and Trent Lowe.
From our Denia base you will have access to all of the climbing and descending you could wish for including several of the climbs from the 2009 and 2010 Vueltas. We will take you on routes that are peppered with short, sharp ramps that are just waiting to be attacked, as well as climbs of 20-25 kms that are perfect for building your climbing endurance.
And rather than rain and traffic, you will be surrounded by mountain sides full of almond trees and orange and lemon groves.
