MASSAGE IN CAFÉ CICLISTA DENIACycling in the mountains is rewarding but it is hard work – legs, back, neck and arms can all ache from the exertions of a challenging ride. A post-ride massage has long been an essential part of the pro cyclists’ routine – it helps to ease tired muscles and relax aching limbs so that you are ready to do it all again the next day. At Café Ciclista we have our very own resident masseuse, Maria, who practices deep tissue massage as well as offering relaxing leg and back massages to help you unwind.
Train in Spain offers everything you could possibly need from a training camp from the great accommodation and meals to the guided rides over some of the most scenic and challenging climbs in Spain. I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve been there for three camps in the last 12 months and will be back in 2013 with 20 team mates!

John - A simply superb week on all levels, accommodation excellent, routes excellent, and the guides simply brilliant and professional. For me this year is my first year back to the sport since 2005 and it’s simply weeks like this that remind me of why I became a cyclist 25 years ago. I will have no hesitation in recommending Train in Spain to anyone looking for any type of Spanish cycling experience. Best of luck, see you next year.
"It's not hard to see why the pros love training in the Costa Blanca - smooth tarmac, iconic cols and plenty of sunshine. For a perfect day, start and finish at the Cafe Ciclista and enlist one of Train in Spain's excellent guides for company. I've been doing so for years now and will be back again this winter".
I organised a group of 17 athletes from Cambridge Tri club & cycling club to come along to TIS in April this year for a warm weather training camp. I cannot commend John and his wife Maria enough for their outstanding hospitality. They helped arrange apartments that are situated above the cafe so very handy and they even provided us with breakfast and dinner which was delicious. Some of us rented bikes from John that were absolutely fine and saved hassle with bringing our own. Denia is a great place to ride and the sea is 2 minutes walk. Altogether we had an amazing trip and we will be sure to return again.
